Booking Your Appointment

If you have received a text message from the practice inviting you to book your Annual Review or a Health Care Appointment, please make sure you select the appointment length stated in your message.

Attending regular appointments is an important part of managing your health. These reviews allow us to monitor your condition, ensure your current treatment remains effective, and make any necessary adjustments. They also help us identify any concerns early—even if you are feeling well.

During your appointment, a clinician may carry out essential checks, such as blood tests, blood pressure monitoring, or other relevant assessments. If needed, we will arrange any appropriate follow-up.

Choosing the Right Appointment

Choosing the correct appointment helps ensure your appointment runs smoothly and that we have enough time to complete all necessary checks.

  • 10-minute appointment
    For one health check only, such as:
    • Blood tests
    • Blood pressure check
  • 20-minute appointment
    For both blood tests and a blood pressure check during the same visit
  • 30-minute appointment
    For a full review or more comprehensive assessment

Before booking your blood test appointment, please complete the blood test request form so we can make sure you are having the correct blood tests requested by your clinician.

Blood test appointments cannot be booked without prior approval from a clinician.

If you have not already spoken to a clinician, please do not book a blood test appointment. Complete the request form first so your request can be reviewed.

Please note: Blood will only be taken for the tests that have been specifically requested by a clinician. Additional blood tests cannot be added or taken at your appointment if they have not been requested in advance.

Once your request has been approved, we will let you know how to book the appropriate blood test appointment.

Booking an appointment without prior approval may result in your appointment being cancelled.
